Gift vouchers are valid in person in the St.Elli’s Bay Bistro, Brasserie, and Gelateria. (Or even Langland’s Brasserie!)
Redeem your voucher by scanning the QR code in your digital wallet on your smartphone.
Gift vouchers expire 365 days after the day of purchase and must be used within that time frame. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and change will not be given. They can, however, be redeemed partially over multiple visits.
No refunds are available. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed retrospectively, only before ordering.
